University of Maryland Eastern Shore Alumni Association - Baltimore Chapter Officers![]() Pamela A. McCullough | President Pamela McCullough received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English in 1999 from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore. Presently she is attending the University of Phoenix where she is working on her MBA degree. She is employed by Kennedy Krieger Institute in the Research Department, where she focuses on grant submissions. She is also an active member of her church. She was born and raised in the Bronx, NY but she has been a resident of Baltimore Maryland since 2005. During her time at UMES, she held many offices such as President and VP of the UMES Gospel Choir, Miss Broadcasting Club 1997 and a member of Drama Society. Pamela loves her Alma Mater and is committed to helping the Baltimore Alumni Chapter along with UMES to meet the goals of the chapter, students and the community as a whole. Contact the President... Daryl Anderson | 1st Vice President Daryl Keith Anderson, a proud graduate of the class of 1996, received his Bachelors of Science degree in Criminal Justice. Mr. Anderson has diligently labored for the Baltimore City school system for thirteen years. He currently works as the Assistant Principle at Montebello Elementary Junior Academy. Daryl Anderson is dedicated to the mission and cause of his alma mater. He currently serves as the Vice President of the UMES Baltimore Chapter Alumni Association.Contact the 1st Vice President... ![]() Keesha Wallace | 2nd Vice President Graduated from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore in 1997. She obtained a Bachelors of Science degree in Criminal Justice. The knowledge that she obtained from the caring staff of UMES prepared her to become a Judicial Officer for the State of Maryland for the last 13 yrs. In 2009, she obtained a Master's of Science Degree in Human Services Administration from the University of Baltimore. Both programs have taught her to be a leader. Her professional experience, coupled with her educational knowledge, and HAWK PRIDE will be a great asset to the alumni association. She is honored to be the 2nd vice president of University of Maryland Eastern Shore Alumni Association Baltimore Chapter. Roberts received a Bachelor’s of Science degree from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore in 2005. She continues her education at Towson University where she is working on a Masters in Forensic Science. Kia is an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated. Angel Maes | Recording Secretary Angel Maes received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore in 2000. A native of Baltimore, Angel owns a Property Management company and works as a full time Real Estate Agent. She is willing to give a helping hand in the community and supports charitable programs. Angel is a true Hawk that is committed and dedicated to help the Baltimore Chapter grow. Contact the Recording Secretary... ![]() Crystal Francis| Corresponding Secretary Crystal Francis, a 2007 graduate of the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, received her Bachelor of Science degree, Summa cum Laude, in Criminal Justice/Pre-law.She was elected and served as the 2006 Vice President for Phi Alpha Delta Pre-Law Fraternity.She was elected as Miss Gospel Choir in 2006, and Miss Phi Alpha Delta in 2007.Crystal received numerous academic achievement awards. During graduation she was awarded the Criminal Justice Departmental Honors award in May 2007. Recently, Crystal has obtained her Master’s of Science Degree in Integrated Homeland Security Management and Security Policy from Towson University, in 2009. During her one year degree matriculation she received recognition for winning the 2009 Martin Luther King Jr. Civic Engagement Challenge. He currently pursuing a dual degree masters in Homeland Security and Business Administration. He works as a Data Analyst for University of Maryland Medical System and is stationed at Maryland General Hospital. Lee | Historian Delphine Lee received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Education in 1970, a member of the last class to graduate from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore (UMES) under the name of Maryland State College. She later received her Master of Science degree from Coppin State University in Education and Counseling. Delphine also received her Maryland State certification in administration and supervision from Loyola College. She has been an active member of the Baltimore Alumni Chapter since the mid 1970s and has held the offices of Recording Secretary, Vice President and immediate past President. She is a retired high school principal for the Baltimore Public School System. She is a true Hawk, dedicating much of her time and resources to the university and to the Baltimore Chapter. Contact the Historian... ![]() William Roberts | Parliamentarian William Roberts received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration in 1972 from UMES and has been an active member of the Baltimore Alumni Chapter since the mid 1970s. In addition to his duties and responsibilities to the alumni association, Bill is also a member of the Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity and the Pioneer Rod and Gun Club. He is employed by Broadway Services Inc., owned by Johns Hopkins Hospital, in a managerial position. Bill is a dedicated and committed member of the Baltimore Chapter and a competent, skilled accountant to handle the financial affairs of the organization. Contact the Parliamentarian... ![]() Tyrone Wells | Sergeant-at-Arms Tyrone Wells received his Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Arts in 1970 from UMES (Maryland State College) and has been an active member of the Baltimore Alumni Association since the mid 1970s. He continued his educational studies and has a Masters equivalent. He is currently a technology teacher for the Baltimore County Public School System. Tyrone is a committed, dedicated member of the Baltimore Alumni Chapter. He continued his education, attending Pennsylvania State University and receiving a Master of Education degree. He has been an active member of the Baltimore Alumni Chapter since the early 1970s and has held the office of Vice President under two different administrations. Thomas is a retired teacher in the Baltimore City Public School System, an active member of the VFW, and has actively participated in the Baltimore Teachers Union serving several years as Vice President. He is a true Hawk that is dedicated and committed to the university and to the Baltimore Alumni Chapter. Contact the Chaplain... ![]() Michael Moore| Community Service Chair Michael Moore earned his Bachelor’s of Arts degree Summa Cum Laude in Sociology from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore. He also received his Bachelor’s of Social Work from Salisbury University and is currently pursuing his Master of Science in Management at the University of Maryland University College. Michael has won numerous awards and has been recognized for his dedication to UMES. As proud member of the class of 2008, Michael has been an active member of the Baltimore Chapter of the UMES Alumni Association. Michael currently works as a Social Insurance Specialist with the Social Security Administration were he serves the citizens of our country. As a proud HAWK, he has been a dedicated member of the UMES family, lending his time and talents to Baltimore Chapter of the UMES Alumni Association. Contact the Community Service Chair... ![]() Jesse Edwards | Chapter Contact Person Jesse Edwards received his Bachelor of Science degree from UMES (Maryland State College) in Physical Education in 1968 and has been an active member of the Baltimore Alumni Chapter since the early 1970s, holding the offices of Vice President and President during this time. Jesse continued his studies and earned a Master of Science degree in Urban Recreation from the University of Baltimore. He retired from the Baltimore City Public Schools System as a physical education teacher and coach and is currently working as an adjunct professor at Baltimore City Community College. Jesse is a member of the Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity and a dedicated member of the Baltimore Alumni Chapter who gives of his time and resources often and readily.
